During the winter maintenance period, many loaders often have various problems in the winter maintenance process, such as antifreeze entering the oil and leaking from the radiator. It is also necessary to replace the corresponding diesel and smooth oil before entering the winter. Therefore, all preparations should be done well before the winter maintenance.
First, choose excellent antifreeze
There are two main goals for measuring antifreeze: one is freezing point, the normal type antifreeze can reach -40 °C, and the excellent antifreeze can reach -60 °C; the second is the boiling point, and the antifreeze should reach at least 108 °C.
Anti-corrosion and anti-rust function is also very important, which is directly related to the service life of the equipment cooling system.
Also consider anti-fouling. More than 65% of the equipment cooling system has scale and rust, which seriously affects the cooling function of the cooling system. Therefore, it is best to clean the scale and rust spots in the radiator before replacing the antifreeze before participating in the antifreeze.
Under normal conditions, antifreeze should be changed every year. After one year, the various batches of antifreeze have not reached the original maintenance request.
Different types of antifreeze must not be mixed to prevent chemical reactions, deposits or seizures.
Second, the pump view
Some equipments have the appearance of antifreeze in the oil after replacing the antifreeze. This is because the water seal of the pump is aging and the antifreeze is formed into a smooth cavity through the water seal and finally reaches the oil pan. Therefore, the oil level should be investigated close to the antifreeze. If the oil level is found to rise, it should be stopped for inspection. Usually, the replacement pump water seal or water pump assembly method is selected.
After the correction, the engine should be taken away from the antifreeze remaining in the smooth system of the engine under the no-load idle running of the machine. Note: shorten the gap time of the next replacement of the oil to ensure the smooth performance of the engine.
Third, the cooling system anti-corrosion filter
Cooling system The anti-corrosion filter is rich in additives such as ion exchange resin, corrosion inhibitor and magnesium plate, which can be used to protect related parts. The ion exchange resin prevents the formation of scale. The corrosion inhibitor can form an anti-corrosion film in the coolant jacket to prevent oxidation. Because the metal activity of magnesium is stronger than that of iron, the corrosive ions in the coolant are primarily affected by the attack of the magnesium plate, which is useful to prevent the iron from being corroded. Other anti-corrosion filters filter rust, scale and sand.
The anti-corrosion filter element shall be replaced with the antifreeze solution at the same time, and the anti-corrosion filter element shall be replaced by the 1000th hour (engine operation time) to ensure the anti-corrosion filter element has a useful protective effect.
Fourth, fuel oil circuit protection
(1) Normal fuel selection
Diesel is selected based on the local temperature and the cold filter point and freezing point of the diesel.
(2) Protect the fuel oil circuit
Completely clean the oil-water separator: clean the surface, view the pollutant discharge symbol, discharge impurities in time, replace it for cleaning and cleaning; clean the diesel tank: clean the sediment at the bottom; replace the nozzle with poor atomization;
Check the fuel injection pump with poor working conditions to ensure normal operation.
5. Selection of smooth oil The suitable smooth oil should be selected according to the local temperature and the freezing point, pour point and viscosity of the smooth oil. Smooth oil with a high freezing point cannot be used at low temperatures. On the contrary, in areas with high temperatures, it is not necessary to use smooth oil with low freezing point. Both the freezing point and the pour point are the targets of the low temperature fluidity of the smooth oil. The two have no normative gender, and the measurement method is only slightly different. The freezing point and pour point of the same smooth oil are not exactly the same, usually the pour point is higher than the freezing point of 2--3 °C.
Sixth, the equipment three leakage maintenance thermal expansion and contraction appearance in the hydraulic system, gas circuit, water circuit seals, especially rubber O-rings, rectangular rings and other seals are more significant, the temperature continues to be below 0 ° C At the time, the machine will show signs of oil leakage, air leakage, and water leakage, especially when the temperature continues to drop to -10 °C. Before the equipment enters the winter, all the three leaks of the whole machine should be repaired, and the three leaks and dangerous problems should be removed.
VII. Maintenance of electrical equipment It is difficult to start the aging equipment in winter. Therefore, it is an indispensable action to check and replace the aging electrical lines and components during the previous season maintenance. It is also necessary to fully view the maintenance battery. The warm air equipment is indispensable for winter field work. Therefore, before the winter, check the operation status of the heater equipment and correct the heater equipment.
