Get rid of these bad habits, your loader can open for several more years! |
Public date:2019-1-10 Hits:14315 |
Many times, the loader needs to be repaired due to improper operation of the driver. How to avoid the malfunction caused by these human factors? First of all, to get rid of these bad operations:
Bad operation 1: When you start, you will hit the throttle
When the loader engine is just started, the body temperature is low, the oil viscosity is large, and the fluidity is poor. The oil cannot flow smoothly to the lubrication points in a short time. If the throttle is slammed at this time, the engine speed will rise instantaneously. Although the oil supply and pressure of the oil pump will increase, the requirements of the lubricating oil and oil pressure can not be met in an instant. A good lubricant film produces instantaneous dry friction, resulting in severe wear. The lubrication of each sports pair is poor, and the running resistance will also increase. If the throttle is slammed, the piston, connecting rod and crankshaft will produce severe impact and accelerate the damage of the machine. In addition, for diesel engines equipped with turbochargers, it is easy to damage the oil seal due to poor lubrication, resulting in turbocharger failure and reduced diesel power. Therefore, after the loader starts, it should run smoothly at low speed (about 500 ~ 700 r / min), and it is strictly forbidden to bombard the throttle.
Poor operation 2: Direct operation without startup after startup
Due to the low temperature of the fuselage and the large viscosity of the oil, the oil supply of the oil pump is insufficient, resulting in poor lubrication of the motion pair in a short period of time and increased wear. At high loads, accidents such as pulling cylinders and holding tiles may occur. In the winter, the hydraulic hose is brittle and the work is easy to split, which will cause a large amount of hydraulic oil to leak. Therefore, after the loader is started, it should be warmed up at idle speed, and the various mechanisms should be tested. Only when the oil temperature and oil pressure reach normal, can the operation be performed.
Poor operation 3: directly add cooling water during the operation
Insufficient cooling water will cause the diesel engine to run out of water. When the diesel engine is directly replenished with cooling water at high temperature, the entire cooling system will instantaneously generate a large temperature difference, causing the cylinder head, cylinder liner, cylinder block and the like to be brittle, causing micro cracks and gradually leaking cooling water, resulting in oil leakage and gas leakage. Therefore, when the temperature of the diesel engine is too high, it should be operated at a slightly higher speed without load. When the water temperature drops to about 50 °C, turn off the flame, loosen the radiator cover, discharge the water vapor, and slowly inject the cooling water.
Bad operation 4: idling for a long time
Especially in the winter field work, the weather is cold, it is not easy to start, and many drivers are accustomed to let the loader idle for a long time when it is not working. If the oil pump is running for a long time, the pump oil will be insufficient, the oil pressure will be low, and the oil quantity and oil pressure required for lubrication will not meet the requirements. The frictional resistance will increase and the wear will be intensified, especially the piston and cylinder liner will wear greatly. Causes suffocation; sometimes it causes the valve and piston ring to get stuck. In addition, the long-term idle operation of diesel atomization is poor, and the combustion is incomplete, which will result in prolonged deflagration period, serious carbon deposition, and rough work. Therefore, the loader cannot be idling for a long time, and the idle time is generally about 10 minutes.
Poor operation 5: Fire-fighting machine when starting difficult
When the loader is not easy to start, some drivers use an open flame to place the air inlet or the air inlet pipe and the air pump air pipe interface, start the diesel engine, and force the combustion diesel engine. This method will not only cause the air filter to burn out, but also cause the ignition to be ignited in advance or lag, the work is rough, and the force components such as the cylinder liner, the piston and the connecting rod are subjected to severe impact, uneven force, and damage to the machine. Pieces. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to set fire to the car when the start is difficult.
Poor operation 6: stop with load or stop immediately after operation
When the loader stops with load or stops immediately after operation, the cooling system stops working and the heat dissipation capacity drops sharply. A large amount of heat generated by the work can not be dissipated in the vicinity of the heat source, so that the cooling water of the heated parts such as the cylinder head, the cylinder liner and the cylinder body boils, the parts are overheated, and the high temperature is ablated. At the same time, the oil attached to the surface of the surface is deteriorated, which makes the next startup difficult. In addition, if the diesel engine with turbocharger suddenly stops, the supercharger will heat up to about 600 °C, which may cause damage to the seal ring. Therefore, the loader should be unloaded before the flameout, and run for 3 to 5 minutes without load, so that the machine temperature drops below 40 °C, and the water temperature can be stopped below 50 °C.
Bad operation 7: Throwing the throttle before stopping
Many drivers mistakenly believe that a few feet of the throttle before the shutdown can leave excess unburned diesel in the cylinder to facilitate the next start. In fact, this will result in incomplete combustion, black smoke, and increased carbon deposits. At the same time, a few feet of the throttle will suddenly increase the inertial force of the moving parts, which will intensify the wear of the sports pair; secondly, the unburned fuel will flow along the cylinder wall. The oil pan dilutes the oil to shorten the oil life cycle. Therefore, the correct operation is to stop after a smooth operation at low and medium speeds under no-load conditions.
Bad operation 8: Sliding into the shovel during shifting
During the operation of the loader, many drivers are accustomed to rushing to the pile at the high speed of the machine while shifting the damper. After the natural deceleration, the driver then shovel the material. Using the inertia of driving to the pile will cause the whole machine to be subjected to severe impact, and the components will be unevenly stressed and harm to the whole body. This will cause deformation of the bucket, boom, front frame, etc., and cracks; the transmission and the clutch are suddenly stressed, the torque is increased, the friction plate is easy to slip and twist and deform; the transmission components are also extremely vulnerable. The correct operation is that the loader puts the shift lever in the low gear before the shovel is loaded, and heads toward the pile at the II speed, slowly inserts the pile at the I speed, and gradually increases the throttle for shovel loading. |
