Choice of hydraulic oil
1)Hydraulic system and choose to work full hydraulic steering system hydraulic pressure (force) should be based on oil:
①Ambient temperature is high, should be used in high viscosity hydraulic pressure (force) of oil, on the contrary, the selection of low viscosity hydraulic pressure (force) of oil, winter and summer, oil should be used in different grades。
②High pressure hydraulic system should be used in high viscosity hydraulic oil, because of its high pressure, large leak; on the contrary, the selection of low viscosity hydraulic oil。
③System flow rate is high, choose low-viscosity hydraulic oil, because of its high flow rate, pressure loss severe; on the contrary, the selection of high-viscosity hydraulic oil。
※The company uses the L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil。
2)Choice of hydraulic transmission gearbox oil supply system - torque converter:
Because the torque converter - the flow rate faster gearbox oil system, the operating temperature is high, it should be used in the hydraulic system oil than the work of a good performance hydraulic oil, especially in the choice of anti-oxidation, anti-emulsification, anti-wear, force requires a strong anti-corrosion, low viscosity, good chemical stability of 22 #, 30 # turbine oil (ie, turbine oil), or a 6, # 8, # 10 hydraulic transmission oil, and their performance in the following table:
