Check the drive axle oil level

If the oil level is below the lower edge of the discharge port, you should add the oil and clean the drive axle. After refueling should be observed for 5 minutes or so, if the oil level to remain stable.
4) Screw on the oil drain plug.

Replace the drive axle oil, follow these steps:
1) First start the machine running for some time, so the bridge shell impurities precipitate move to full suspension. Note: Because this time the drive axle oil may be in a higher temperature, so to wear protective equipment, and careful to avoid personal injury.
4) Remove the front drive axle in the middle of the oil drain plug.
5) Start the engine, release the parking brake. Ⅰ gearbox hanging files, small throttle slowly moving the machine, so that the front wheel drive axle end face of the drain plug in the horizontal position. Then turn off the engine, gearbox hanging neutral, parking (hand) brake is braking.
6) previously put the oil port side of the bridge to join the two ends wheel drive axle clean oil until the oil level reaches the ends of the front axle wheel rim surface discharge of oil. After refueling should be observed for 5 minutes or so, if the oil level to remain stable.
7) Remove the front wheel drive axle drain plug at both ends.
8) is similar to the process described above, after replacing the drive axle oil.
Drive axle general maintenance should note the following items:
1) regular cleaning grease, dirt and dust, especially vents to keep open. Fastening check all parts, focusing on the main reduction gear reducer and wheel rim bolts, if loose fastening must be timely.
2) Always check whether there is leakage of the various parts, if found, should be timely maintenance excluded. Check the main gear wheel reducer and lubricating oil level within the time to add, keep the oil level requirements to ensure proper operation.
3) The first oil change: After the first 250 hours of work in the first month or; cycle oil change: every six months or every work after 1000 hours.
4) Check the main reducer shell (bay), wheel cover at the phenomenon has no unusual fever, if fever, you should check the oil level is in line with requirements.
5) Check the work process has no unusual sounds, such as the discovery should stop excluded.
6) Check the brake disc wear, with or without the presence of destructive wear, if found should be immediately removed.
Wear 7) Check the brake pads when the friction plate on the worn grooves no longer meet the requirements should be replaced immediately.
